UMMA Featured in the L.A. Times
On November 3, the Los Angeles Times featured a half-page article on the UMMA Clinic. Noting that UMMA “has become a source of considerable pride for Muslims in Southern California and nationwide,” the piece explored issues of faith and civic engagement at the root of UMMA’s founding, as well as UMMA’s significant contribution to inter-communal cooperation and mutual respect.
